The Pre-Stout Tour

Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde el último post, bién durante todo este tiempo hemos estado viajando y kayakeando muchísimo en el Sur de Chile y Argentina. Empezamos este tour remando algunos buenos rapidos y cascadas en la zona de Pucón, agarrando una buena forma para los grandes que estavan por venir!

Corrímos todo el Nevado hasta el Puente Liucura, fue mi primera vez en el Nevado Bajo, una de las mejores secciones que he corrído nunca! Hay hartos saltos y rapidos! El cañon es simplemente increíble, te encuentras atrapado por paredes de 20 m. llenas de vegetación, sin dúda es uno de los sitios más bonitos en el que he tenido el placer de estar!

It have been a lot of time without any post, well In all this time we have been travelling and paddling a lot around the South of Chile and Argentina. The tour started with some really good stouts In the Pucón area getting In a good shape for the big ones.

We ran the Todo Nevado to Puente Liucura, that was my first time In the Lower Nevado one of the sickest sections I've ever run, there are plenty of great drops and rapids, the gorge It's just incredible, one of the most beautiful scenary I had the pleasure to see.

Apreciar como todo el caudal del Nevado se estrecha en poco menos de el tamaño de un kayak para crear un rapido muy muy loco!

El siguiente dia corrímos el Trancura Alto y Bajo, lo que se suponía que íva a ser un tranquilo dia de paseo, en un rio tranquilo y con volumen. Al llegar al Mariman tuvimos una grata sorpresa al ver que la línea de la derecha estava perfecta para correr! Así que después de pensarlo un poco estábamos excitados por correr este rapidaco! Isaac me ganó el piedra papel tijeras así que corrío primero enseñandonos que el hoyo no era tan malo. La raja!

Next day we went run the Upper and Lower Trancura river, for what was supposed to be an easy and calm paddling. The Mariman was looking perfect, so after think a little bit about It we where so fire'd up and ready to go! Isaac won so he went first showing us that the hole was more flushy than what we expected! Great!

Nos encontrábamos potenciaos así que decidímos que el medio palguin era un último salto increíble para terminar con estos muy buenos últimos dias en Pucón!

We where feeling super good so we headed to the Middle Palguin being that one the last stout to run before leave to Argentina.
I had a nice surprise when I saw my photo of the middle palguin In the way to the Put-In! be cobra!!!

Hay 2 otros drops que siempre había querido correr, la entrada al medio (stout 10) y el boof to swim (el drop que se vé desde el puente) ! Me sentía muy bien ese dia así que agarre mi Burn y caminé para arriba para correrlos los 2 ese mismo dia! que tanta wea!!

There was 2 drops I always wanted to do, the Stout 10 (the crazy entrance before the middle palguin) and the boof to swim (the drop you can see from the bridge) ! I was feeling It so I took my kayak and Hiked up to run both rapids.

Después de sacar malas líneas las 2 primeras veces a la tercera va la vencida y corrí la entrada al Medio Palguin perfecto! La línea es muy estrecha, boof tarde!

After ate shit the first 2 times I cleaned the entrance In my third try... Late Boof boys!
